A non-refundable deposit of £50-00 will be paid at time of booking. Full payment must be paid one month prior to date of your event. Failure to pay the balance will result in a cancellation and van being made available for re hire.All quotes made at time of booking are firm and any further journeys will result in a extra cost.The hirer is responsible for the conduct of their party and guests and damages to vehicle will be paid by person making the booking. Wedding Day Wagon are unable to take any responsibility for unforeseen conditions and circumstances which may result in delay, cancellation or change of vehicle, these conditions include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions or mechanical/electrical breakdown. Molly Bob is maintained to a high standard, however she is over 40 years old and in effect an antique. In the event of a full breakdown and failure to reach final destination a full refund will be made.The maximum number of passengers in Molly Bob is six, and due to legal reasons no children under the age of 3 will be carried in vehicles. You are not required to wear seat belts due to the age the vehicles however where seat belts are provided it is the hirer's discretion to wear them or not.We will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property whilst using our vehicles. Wedding Day Wagon will not take any responsibility for any injuries to any person travelling in our vehicle, and responsibility for passengers in our vehicles will be that of the person making the booking.
